Hotels and Shuttles

For guests' convenience, we have reserved room blocks at Home2 Suites, Holiday Inn & Suites and Candlewood Suites. Holiday Inn and Candlewood Suites are connecting properties. All hotel blocks are about a 10-15 minute drive from the wedding venue. Shuttles will provide services to and from the reception. To secure the group rate, book by July 13, 2026, using the links below. Please mention the Ceja-Silva Stewart Wedding when making your reservation. Harrah's Joliet Casino Hotel is another great option close to the venue, though we do not have a room block there. If you’re interested in staying at Harrah’s, we recommend booking directly with the hotel as soon as possible, as rooms are expected to sell out for the weekend. Please note that pre-ceremony shuttle service will only be provided to and from our hotel block locations.

Return shuttle service will begin at 9:30 pm from Haley Mansion with stops at Home2 Suites by Hilton Joliet Plainfield and Candlewood Suites Joliet Southwest by IHG. Evening Departure Times: - 9:30 pm - 10:15 pm - 11:00 pm The final shuttle of the evening will also stop at Harrah's Joliet Casino Hotel for anyone continuing the celebration. A Few Notes: - Routes/Timing May Change Once Room Block Counts are Finalized - Shuttle seating is first come, first served. - Please be ready 10 minutes before departure time. - We recommend guests planning to enjoy the bar utilize shuttle transportation whenever possible.
