House Or Rental
Odetah Camping Resort
We have booked 12 RV spots in Safari Field (see map on Odetah's site https://odetah.com/resort-map/). If you will be joining us Friday OR Saturday night and would like to bring your RV (or rent one), please reach out to Carly or Matt to save your site, these sites are limited and first come first serve; the site cost for Safari field will be covered. If you decide to rent an RV you will be responsible for the cost of renting the RV, booking and coordination to get it to the campground. If Safari field books up without you :( please feel free to still use Odetah's website to book a site elsewhere on the resort! RV Rental Sites (please reach out to Carly or Matt for any help with RV rental!): https://www.outdoorsy.com/ https://rvshare.com/ Additionally, tents can be set up within safari field as well on a first come first serve basis, please reach out to Carly or Matt if you are interested 'rougin' it in a tent (bath houses are close); the cost for tent sites will also be covered within Safari Field so you will just need to bring your tent and any other items you might need. If Safari field books up without you :( please feel free to still use Odetah's website to book a tent site elsewhere on the resort! Cabins and Yurts are also available for booking, they are first come first serve and can be booked here: https://odetah.com/lodging/. Please note the cabins and yurts at Odetah do have different levels of amenities please ensure you read what comes with the cabin/yurt and what you will need to bring (See our FAQs page for details on packing suggestions). Please let Carly and Matt know if you rent a cabin, or be sure to call and let Odetah know you are with our party!
Hotel
Holiday Inn
A room block has been reserved for 6/6-6/7 at the Holiday Inn a few miles down the road from the campground. Please note the block is for both Friday and Saturday night, but if you would like to only stay one night, you can make those changes through the link at booking. You MUST BOOK BY 5/7 to get the lower rates. All rooms will go back into general inventory on 5/7. Please note, transportation will NOT be provided to and from hotel
