When you drive into the resort, there will either be someone right when you pull into the property to check you in and give you directions, or you will drive in and go left to the first large building (camp office) to check in. There should be signs! the map of a campground can be found on their website to also help with instructions! https://odetah.com/resort-map/
There will be signs to help guide you where to park and where the party will be! (potentially more information around this will be added as we near the date).
YES! Odetah will let visitors come all day and use all the amenities. Please come as early as you want on Saturday to hang with the group and get the party started early! This goes for all guests staying in the hotel or only camping Saturday night as well - come as early as you want before you check into your hotel or to set up your camp and hang out before hotel check-in and the start of the party! (please note if you are staying at the campground and are NOT in safari field, you will need to abide by their check-in times)
Every RV rental website and person renting their RV is different. If you are looking at trailers, ensure the person who owns the trailer offers drop off and pick up. If you are looking at RVs/Vans - many will allow you to pick then up and drive where you want to go as an option. Please check with Matt or Carly before booking any RV rentals to ensure there are spots open on Safari Field! If you plan on bringing your pet - ensure they are allowed with the person you are renting your RV from. Please see "What I should bring?" later in the FAQs for more information on planning. Matt and Carly will plan to bring some extra essentials, we got you! If there are any questions - PLEASE ask Carly or Matt.
Of course! Please use the Odetah website to find a spot that works best for you (either RV or tenting)! https://odetah.com/rv-sites/
Please see the Pet Policy from Odetah's Site: NO PETS ALLOWED ON CABIN OR YURT SITES. NO EXCEPTIONS. Yes, though we hope having your kids with you wont ruin ant of your fun...we understand that an overnight stay can be hard and we rather have you there if it means brining the kids!
The party continues! Even though we are all praying for a beautiful weekend, we all know spring in New England. All party activities will be under a covered tent/pavilion, but you will need to walk to and from so please be prepared in the case of rain! For those tent camping - we hope you come prepared with a tarp for your tent! We also will see what we can do if the weather forecast is not in our favor the week of - to try and get some more hotel rooms blocked off!

Please work with who you are renting the RV/trailer from to ensure you know what it comes with! 3. If you are renting a Cabin/Yurt - please see Odetah's site (https://odetah.com/lodging/) for what the cabin/yurt you are renting comes with and refer to the above list for reference on other items. 4. If you are brining a tent - good luck you are on your own! ;) Carly and Matt will plan to stock up on the essentials to help anyone who might have missed something!
Really, whatever you want and will be comfortable in! But in case you need more direction than that - We suggest nothing formal; sundresses for women and a polo with slacks for men is the DRESSIEST. Jeans and a T-shirt is perfectly fine with us :) There are hills on the property (not in the field area though) and we will be on grass most of the time so comfy shoes like sneakers or flat sandals are suggested. For the rest of the weekend, its all casual! Please know things might get dirty while camping! Be sure to bring a bathing suit as the pool is beautiful! Sweatshirts and sweatpants (layers) at night are always smart as well.
