We love your children but due to limited capacity the invitation will be addressed to "family" if we are expecting your kids to be invited. It will be specified on the RSVP once invitations get sent out.
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget so if your invitation says "and guest", then you are welcome to bring someone with you. It will be specified on each invitation and in the RSVP who is invited.
It will likely be warm and sunny outside on the lake during the ceremony. There are trees to provide some shade outside and the reception will take place indoors with lake views. Though the weather can be unpredictable and sometimes rain will occur during June so bring a sweater or jacket just in case.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. For example, cocktail dresses, long dresses, jumpsuits, suits, dress shirts, and ties. Please do not wear whites, ivorys and creams out of respect for the bride.
The ceremony will start at 5:00 so it is recommended to get there between 15-30 minutes before so we can start on time.
We are opting for an unplugged ceremony, meaning we would love to have all phones put away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will be taking photos and those will be provided after the wedding for those who wish to see them. You are welcome to take as many pictures and videos during the reception, just please refrain from posting the bride and groom until they do so first.
Transportation is not provided but if you are flying in, the Spokane Airport has car rentals on site. We also highly recommend uber or carpooling after the reception for those who need a ride.
There is parking on site as well as handicapped spots.
We have reserved a room block at the Coeur d'Alene Resort for a discounted rate. There are also a few other hotels nearby but these do not include discounted rooms. See travel page for more information.
We will have small hors d'oeuvres passed around during the cocktail hour and a buffet style dinner. We are going to be serving prime rib and salmon, along with different side options. An open bar is also provided throughout the evening so please be sure to bring your ID’s.
An open bar is provided at no cost to you. We will be offering beer, wine, cider, and signature cocktails. Please bring a valid ID or drinks will not be served to you. We also ask that you do not bring in any drinks of your own as the venue does not allow for outside beverages. Mocktails and other non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided.
We will have a place for you to RSVP online once wedding invitations go out in April so check back here when you receive your invitation. Please RSVP by May 20th so we can submit our final guest count.
If you are traveling and wish to send a gift but are unable to take it with you feel free to send it to this address, 6888 N. Proust Drive Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815. We will open any gifts sent here after the wedding.
We are registered on Zola, Amazon, and Target, all of which you can find under the registry tab on this website.
