We met in high school sophomore year but didn't start dating until senior year. He made the first move by talking to me first but I made the bigger move and asked him to our girls ask guys school dance, Sadies. A little over a month later we made it official.

He tricked me into going on a hike on Tubbs Hill with him and I thought we were getting ice cream. We ended up on the shore by the lake where he had a heart and our initials made out of roses in the sand. My family surprised me after he popped the question. I have to admit it was much better than getting ice cream, and I really love ice cream.
