Travel

We've decided not to book hotel blocks, and instead give recommendations so you all can choose what suits your needs best. Please let us know where you choose to stay, and if you need any help deciding!

Flight

Memphis International Airport

This is the only airport worth flying into (unless you want to fly into Nashville and drive three hours to get here). It's a small airport, so it's pretty easy to navigate!

Hotel

Hu Hotel

79 Madison Avenue
Memphis, TN 38103
 (901) 333-1200

We love this hotel! The rooms are cute, and the higher floors have an amazing view of the river. Pros: Great view; close to the venue (about 5 min. drive); within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Cons: Pricey; no complimentary breakfast; pay for parking.

Hotel

Best Western Plus Gen X Inn

1177 Madison Avenue
Memphis, TN 38104
 (901) 692-9136

Name recognition and we know what to expect with Best Western! Pros: More affordable; complimentary breakfast; on-site parking. Cons: Located in a busy part of town; approx. 10 min. drive from venue; no fancy add-ons.

Hotel

Holiday Inn Express Memphis Medical Center Midtown

1180 Union Avenue
Memphis, TN 38104
 (901) 276-1175

We feel the same about this Holiday Inn as we do about the Best Western! We trust what we know, but there are no fancy things with the rooms. This Holiday Inn is located close to the Best Western, so same Pros/Cons!

House Or Rental

AirBnB

There are so many AirBnB's around Memphis! Midtown is a great area to stay in, and you can walk to almost anything you need. Downtown is closer to our venue. If you are looking into AirBnB and have questions about the neighborhoods, just ask us!
