This is the hotel where Mike and I usually stay when we come to Sint Maarten. We will be staying here for our wedding as well. If you are interested in staying here, let me know! Flight
This airport is less than 5 minutes to our hotel. They do currently require a online health screening and COVID vaccination (or negative PCR) to enter the country. I’ve provided a link to the website for you to review the current requirements. It’s very easy though.

This is an all inclusive resort very close to the airport and only about 10 minutes from our hotel in Simpson Bay. If you are looking for an “all inclusive” experience, we recommend this place. Keep in mind that it is family friendly as well.

This is the other resort that is in Simpson Bay. It is directly across the bay from our hotel. It features multiple pools and dining options on site.
Travel Note
I have included a link to the travel information site for Sint Maarten. There really aren’t any requirements except for a valid passport, proof of return flight, and proof of lodging. You will fill out a form at the airport (or on the airplane) and will need this information. The address to the hotel is on the next section of this website. Please write it down prior to travel!
Travel Note
I highly recommend downloading WhatsApp if you don’t already have it in your phone. Most people on the island use it to communicate with travelers. For example if you want to call a cab, they will likely give you their WhatsApp contact information. It’s free messaging on WiFi or data between iPhone and android users. I have included the link for download. In addition, please check with your cell phone carrier to see if your plan includes international data. For me, on AT&T and Verizon it is about 10 dollars per day. But it is a limited amount of data. I recommend staying connected to WiFi everywhere you go. All the restaurants offer free WiFi and you can get the password from the restaurant staff.
