Mocktail hour with starters following the ceremony. - Mini lobster rolls on brioche toast with brown butter and chives - Mini chicken and waffle bites with hot honey drizzle (GF) - Charcuterie board Dinner. - Chicken breast with Meyer lemon, white wine jus and spring peas (GF) - Cedar roasted Chinook salmon with pear mostarda (GF) - Tender late summer greens with pickled shallot, cucumber ribbons and basil vinaigrette (GF) - Truffle twice baked potatoes with chive puree and crispy leek topping (GF) - Grilled summer vegetable medley with balsamic glaze and fresh herbs (GF) - Caramelized shallot mac and cheese with Oregon aged white cheddar and herbed bread crumbs Kids meals (12 years old and younger). - Chicken nuggets with mac and cheese - Sliders with tater tots Dessert table to follow.
