Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive to the ceremony no later than 4PM. People will be ushered into their seats at 4:15PM and the ceremony will begin at 4:30PM. There will be plenty of room to mingle and enjoy a delicious beverage for guests who arrive early.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held inside the pavilion by the patio space where the cocktail hour will be held. The pavilion will be open on all four sides, views of the surrounding hills and fields become the backdrop to the ceremony and cocktail hour. The reception will be held inside the beautiful Yellow Barn adjacent to the Pavilion.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Haydenville, MA has gorgeous summer months with early June temperatures ranging from the mid 60's to mid 70's. We are hoping for a clear, beautiful sunny day - of course!

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
Answer
The beauty with Valley View Farm is that the transition between Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception is all connected between the gorgeous patio space. The ceremony will take roughly 30 minutes and is immediately followed by cocktail hour (1hr). Guests will then make their way into the Yellow Barn for the reception and meal service. The outdoor patio space will be opened through all of the reception for guests to enjoy some fresh air and hang out by the fire pits towards the end of the night.

Is there a shuttle available to and from the Wedding Venue?
Answer
Yes! Guests staying at Hotel Northampton should plan to be dressed and ready by 3:35pm outside of the hotel for pick-up. Bus leaves at 3:50pm. Guests staying at the Fairfield Inn and Quality Inn Suites, please be outside the Quality Inn Suites by 3:30pm. Bus leaves at 3:45pm. The walk from Fairfield Inn to Quality Inn is a short 2-3 minutes.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! Valley View Farm has a large parking lot to the left of the venue. Guests who are driving are welcome to park in any space available. We do, however, recommend taking an Uber or the shuttle to and from the hotels so you can enjoy the whole experience and celebration!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Due to the list constraints and safety concerns we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?
Answer
There will be an open bar for cocktail hour as well as the first three hours of the reception. The final hour will be a cash-only bar option. We'll be serving lightly passed and stationary hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour followed by three-course plated dinner and dessert.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Answer
We kindly ask our guests to put away their cellular devices during the ceremony. We want to be respectful of our photographer and would like guests to enjoy the special moment with us!

What's the best way to RSVP?
Answer
We will be sending out official invites with RSVP and food options. The deadline for the RSVP will be included in the invitation. More updates to come.

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
Your presence at our celebration means the world to us! If you are considering giving us a gift to help us start our new life together, we would graciously accept honeymoon or house fund contributions in lieu of registry items. These funds will be invaluable in helping us establish our new home and life together. With love and appreciation.
