Please check your formal invitation for your plus 1. Unless your formal invitation says "and Guest" we are unable to accommodate an additional guest. RSVP cards indicate how many people are included in the invitation.
As much as we love your little ones, we would like the night to be an adults' night out. We will not be including children in the ceremony or reception. Please reach out if you have questions!
We would love for you to take photos. However, please do not have your phones out during the ceremony as we would love to have you live in the moment. We want our photographers to capture your faces, not your phones.

April showers bring may flowers! The entire day will be held inside, so no need to worry about the weather! There will be a coat check if it is raining or cold so feel free to bring a jacket. There is an outdoor space if you choose to take advantage.
There is parking at each hotel as well as the venue. We will be providing a shuttle service to and from the venue to allow for safe travel.
Yes. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception space are all accessible. There is a second entrance without stairs to enter the venue.
Good news! We will be having a Photo Booth! There will be an announcement when the bride and groom will remain in the Photo Booth for 15 minutes in order for you to get a picture with them.
No need to send meal requests prior. There will be a full waitstaff and a menu upon arrival to the reception. Vegan/Vegetarian/Gluten Free options are also available.
Yes! We will be returning back to the Archer Hotel for drinks at the hotel bar after the reception. Feel free to join, there will be a cash bar. For those staying at the Hyatt House, there will be a shuttle transporting guests to the afterparty at 11pm. The shuttle will make 2 trips back to the Hyatt House at 1am and 2am.
