Shuttles will leave the hotel promptly to the ceremony location at 3:15pm. It is recommended to reserve rooms with our hotel block for both Thursday and Friday night. Otherwise, please arrive in the hotel lobby a minimum of 30 minutes prior to shuttle departure. **Shuttle will not wait for late guests.
Outdoor Wedding Ceremony

Be prepared to dress for weather!
Rain, snow or shine our ceremony will be taking place outdoors! We will be in the mountains so weather is very unpredictable. It could be 60degrees and sunny or 33degrees with wind and rain. A small amount of trail walking will be involved, and boots are highly recommended! As well as warm jackets and mittens, remember you can take your coat off for pictures. Please pack an umbrella just in case. The views will be worth it!

A cocktail hour will occur in the library around 6:00pm prior to Dinner. Dinner to follow in the banquet room.
