We're getting married!

Fatima had finished her freshman year of college and was back in town for the summer. Her friend invited her to a party. Little did she know that Orlando was the host of this party. Orlando won Fatima over when he asked her where she was from as he saw her vaccine scar on her right arm. Fatima and Orlando hit it off but Orlando had to leave for Mexico the next day. Fatima left the party but before she could drive away, Orlando walked to the next street where she was parked with her friends and asked her to get out of the car for a final hug. They didn't chat until 3 weeks later when Orlando wished her a happy Peruvian Independence Day which happily caught her off guard. Orlando returned from Mexico a month later and they hung out. He asked her to be his girlfriend during her birthday dinner in front of 20 of their mutual friends and the rest is history. They spent their relationship traveling and now can't wait to be joined by their friends and family this November 13, 2022 as #OrlandoAndFatimaGoMIA and tie the knot.

Orlando and Fatima's family planned to decorate their house and come up with a simple ruse to get Fatima to their home. Orlando and Fatima went out on a date downtown, and as the night was ending Orlando texted Michelle (Fatima's sister) to text Fatima to get her to come over. Fatima's family improvised a little too hard and told Fatima that her mom was having heart pain. The night quickly escalated at that point, Orlando was driving while Fatima was on the phone with Michelle. Fatima was urging them to call the advice nurse or to take her mom to the hospital and didn't understand what her coming over to the house could help with. Michelle just kept telling Fatima she had to come, meanwhile Orlando felt that at any point Fatima would figure it out or simply refuse to go to her mom’s house because she knew her mom needed a doctor instead. They arrived to her parent's house and parked. Orlando ran inside the house and Fatima's sister was outside waiting for Fatima. Michelle held Fatima up outside while Orlando got in position at the house. Fatima didn't suspect a thing and instead thought that Orlando really cared about her mom. Michelle finished catching Fatima up and also tried to get something out of Fatima's hair (another ruse), which was not the time haha. Fatima walked into the house quickly and was very surprised to see Orlando standing in the middle of a beautifully decorated living room and her mom in perfect health. Once the shock wore off for Fatima it was a quick YES after that! Definitely a night they'll never forget!
