Chalet Home Base: HAUS ARLBERG Pettneu am Arlberg Tirol, Austria www.hausarlberg.com thank you Zola, for making websites unclickable To make this Fiesta as easygoing and enjoyable as possible, we are doing our best to organize and prepare everything for you to celebrate but also get a taste of Austrian culture. We decided that renting one large place was the easiest and most affordable option for everyone, so we selected Haus Arlberg for location, ease of getting around and budget. Instead of everyone booking expensive hotels, we hope this is a good option for you. When splitting the rental between all the guest rooms, each group/room's rental is 516€ for the week. If that's problematic for anyone, please let us know! We want you to be comfortable. As a gesture of thanks for your joining us, we would like to provide all groceries and drinks for the house for the group. Itinerary may be swapped around in the event of truly challenging weather, but this is our plan:

Arrival Day will be a chilled afternoon settling in and an easy local stroll. We will BBQ for dinner.

Day 1 : Mountain Day

9:30 am

Breakfast together at home. Weather allowing, we will head out for a family hike - The trail will be very easygoing and not too lengthy so all ages can manage. The end destination of the hike is a mountain hut where we will have lunch. We will head home after for some relaxing. Dinner will be communal at home.

Day 2: Bachelor Day & Group Dinner Out

9:30 am

Breakfast together at home. Team Bachelor will spend the morning and afternoon together, including Lunch out. Team Bachelorette will have a morning nature walk locally with kids, followed by lunch and crafts at home. *we are considering bringing in something fun for the kids here, possibly some entertainment in the form of music, crafts or outdoor games. TBC* We will all go to a local Austrian Restaurant in the village, by foot, for dinner.

Day 3: Bachelorette Day & Night In

9:30 am

Breakfast together at home. (something light for Team Bachelorette because: brunch) Bachelorette Team Spa Day with brunch and bubbles at local spa hotel. Team Bachelor will have a relaxed morning outdoors on a leisurely sightseeing walk and Lunch at home. Same as above *we are considering bringing in something fun for the kids here, possibly some entertainment in the form of music, crafts or outdoor games. TBC* Dinner will be at home, kicked-off with a self-designed Local Wine & Cheese Tasting. Uncle Will is the wine man. After kids' bedtime-ish: pre-newleyweds games.

Day 4: Fam Hike & Farewell Dinner

9:30 am

Breakfast together at home. We will start the day with a gondola ride* and leisurely hike to a mountain hut for lunch. Family-friendly length and terrain. After some relaxing at home, we will enjoy our farewell dinner at home. Maybe we can manage a little family dance party in the evening. We like to move it, move it. *Please let us know if anyone is not comfortable riding a gondola.

Departure Day

10:00 am

Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We will have breakfast at home and start our farewells! There will likely be a lot of leftover food so plan on packing at least a few nibbles for your journey.
