Shuttle Service

For transport to the venue, there will be shuttle pickups from three locations at 3:30pm on Saturday. In Hudson, there will be 3:30pm shuttles from The Rivertown Lodge and The Nest/Nautical Nest. In Coxsackie, there will be a 3:30pm shuttle from the Holiday Inn Express. These shuttles will also provide transport back to these three locations after the reception and after party.

We have reserved the entire Rivertown Lodge for our wedding guests. For reservations, call Rivertown Lodge at (518) 512-0954 and book under the Fansler/Saravolatz Wedding. Reservations can only be made by calling and mentioning our name for this property. They cannot be made online.

Flight

Laguardia Airport, JFK Airport, Newark Airport and Albany Airport

Our venue is approximately a two hour and fifteen minute drive from midtown Manhattan or a two hour Amtrak train ride from Penn Station. Additionally, Albany Airport is approximately forty five minutes away by car.

Train

Amtrak: NYC to Hudson, NY

If traveling from New York City or any New York City airport, Amtrak offers a direct two hour train ride from Penn Station to Hudson Station.
