Yes! Please visit the RSVP section of this website and kindly RSVP to each event by no later than September 1st. Early RSVPs are welcomed and encouraged.
Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. Our ceremony and afterparty will be outdoors in October so dress warmly or bring a layer. Grass-friendly heels are also recommended. We want you to be comfy so you can dance the night away! Our welcome drinks event is taking place at a local brewery in the outdoor beer garden if weather permits and attire is casual or cocktail--whatever you prefer!
Check out our travel & lodging page for hotel blocks and accommodation options.
With the exception of our flower girl and ring bearers, our wedding will be adults only. We hope our guests can attend our celebration, but we also understand if this makes planning and arrangements complicated for families.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors at a wooded site with a gravel path. Afterward, our cocktail hour and reception will take place steps away at an open air pavilion with a hard floor. Our afterparty bonfire will also take place outdoors on the same property. The venue is accessible with no stairs on location and we will have golf carts on-site for guests that may need a lift.
Our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and afterparty will all take place on the same property. Shuttle service will be provided to and from specified locations at or nearby the recommended hotel block accommodations.
Our room block at The Holiday Inn in West Coxsackie is available for one night minimum stays.
Yes, there is parking available for up to 30 cars at the venue. Because these spaces are limited, we strongly recommend taking the provided shuttles for convenience.
