Question

PSA for our out of town guests planning their travels:

Answer

Please keep in mind that Fort Wayne, IN is in EST - so the ceremony will begin at 3:30 EST. Thank you!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Wednesday, March 17th to let us know if you can or cannot attend.

Question

Additional details regarding the RSVP feature:

Answer

If you are RSVPing for a couple or an entire family, you can enter your individual name, click continue, and you will be able to respond for your entire party. You won't be able to RSVP for an entire family by entering just the family name (i.e. The Perl Family), so please enter your individual name to access the RSVP for your entire party. You also must enter your name exactly as we entered it on our Guest List on our website, so if you don't know how we entered your name (name vs nickname, i.e. Jessica vs. Jessie) - I would try both if you are getting any errors when entering one or the other. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are running into any issues!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at both Target and Zola. While celebrating with you all is the only gift that we require - we have linked both our Target Registry and our Zola Registry under the “Registry” tab.

Question

Are masks required at this event?

Answer

Masks are preferred and certainly encouraged. For the health and safety of all of those in attendance, it is recommended that masks are worn when guests are not seated at their table.

Question

What if I don’t have a mask or forget to bring my mask?

Answer

We are happy to have extra disposable masks on hand for anyone who made need one.

Question

Additional COVD-19 related notes:

Answer

We really want to stress that the health and safety of all of our guests comes first and foremost. While we know that this goes without saying, if any guest is feeling sick, unwell, achy, feverish, or having any unusual symptoms at all, we respectfully ask that you do not attend the event, and we will completely understand. While we would love nothing more than to celebrate with all of our loved ones, it's incredibly important to us that all of our loved ones remain safe and in good health. Additionally, COVID-19 testing prior to attending the event is not required, but is certainly encouraged and recommended. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions and concerns.

Question

How many people will be attending?

Answer

While we don't have an exact number just yet, we are currently expecting to have 110-115 guests in attendance, along with the bar staff and catering staff.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is currently expected to take place outdoors on the venue’s covered patio, and the reception will largely take place inside the venue.

Question

Will there be sanitizing stations? What additional precautions are being taken?

Answer

The following protocols will be in place, as communicated by the venue: Germ-X sanitizer provided in the most common space for events. Bottles are delivered monthly to ensure adequate supply for all onsite events. Touchless hand soap, paper towel dispensers, trashcans, and sanitizer stations have all been installed. Union 12 staff will be wiping down all handles, doors, hard surfaces every 2 hours with disinfectant. Union 12 has installed a plexiglass barrier on the main bar to protect the Union 12 staff and the guests. All Union 12 staff members are allowed to call off their shift if they are feeling unwell without being reprimanded. All Union 12 staff will wear masks while working your event, if the Event Organizer prefers that method of safety.

Question

How will food and drinks be served?

Answer

The dinner will be buffet-style, but we will have catering staff serving guests at the buffet, rather than self-service. Guests can get both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bar, and Union 12 has installed a plexiglass barrier on the main bar to protect the Union 12 staff and the guests. There will also be a self-service water and lemonade station, but we are planning to have alcohol wipes readily available for any guests that feel more comfortable wiping things down before getting their own drinks.

Question

When do hotel rooms need to be booked if we are booking in the Perl-Koleff wedding block?

Answer

If you choose to book in the Perl-Koleff wedding block, hotel rooms need to be booked by April 2nd. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions regarding this.

Question

Will the ceremony be Live Streamed for guests that cannot make it or do not feel comfortable attending?

Answer

As of right now, we do not have any set plans to live stream the ceremony, unfortunately. If these details change, we will certainly keep everyone posted!
