Q+A

Question

COVID Protocols

Answer

At this time, we do not have any COVID protocols in place. However, if you are not feeling well closer to the wedding, please alert the bride and groom. If large gatherings cause you discomfort, please DO NOT feel it is necessary to attend. Masks are recommended but they are NOT required!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately no. We are only able to accommodate the persons listed on the invitation. While we wish we could invite everyone who loves us we simply have to limit the guest list. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we are unable to accommodate them. The wedding and reception is 21+.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire, please. Please come dressed to impress in your formal wear. Please avoid wearing white or anything close to the color, orange and navy blue.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

All guests must submit their RSVP directly to the wedding website within the given time frame. THE RSVP window is now closed. If you have missed it, we will miss seeing you.

Question

What should I do if I RSVP but can no longer come?

Answer

If your plans change please alert the Bride and Groom as soon as possible.

Question

What time should I arrive on the wedding day?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We ask that you please arrive by 4:30pm so that we can begin seating. Late arrivals WILL NOT be able to enter once the ceremony begins.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

All guests should park in the Sheraton parking garage. Parking is complimentary. However, if staying overnight, parking will be $15.00 per night.

Question

Is there open seating for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, guests may sit in any seat on either side after the first two rows. For the reception, a seating chart will be on display and the wedding coordinator will be available to direct you to your assigned table if need be.

Question

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Of course, we just ask that you tip the bartender and drink responsibly.

Question

Can I use my phone to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our special moment so our guests can fully enjoy and live in this moment with us. However, we do encourage our guests to take as many candid photos/videos as they can but please do not get in the way of our photographer and videographer. When posting pictures, we just ask that you use our hashtag #FallingforJONES and tag us!
