What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:45 pm, Ceremony will start at 5:00 pm

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a gate where you'll need to enter our code: 2768 (the last 4 digits of Jansis' phone number). Once you enter the gated area, you'll find parking

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There isn't! You may need to Uber there if you don't have a vehicle.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We're going for spring garden vibes! Since there will be sand, feel free to bring an extra pair of clothing and sandals. If the weather is nice, you're welcome to swim in the lake! Please, NO JEANS for pictures.

Are there any Activities?

Answer

Yes! BrightWater Bay gives you access to the beach plus our outdoor games area. Have some electronic-free fun with outdoor classics like horseshoes and shuffleboard, or challenge each other to a game of basketball, pickleball, tennis or beach volleyball.

Are kids welcome?

We rather you leave kiddos at home! Please note we're by a lake and sand, so they may get messy and wet. Keep this in mind and make sure to watch your children if you choose to bring them

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We're having a taco bar, but please be aware that foods may touch. While we can accommodate some dietary needs, I can't guarantee complete separation of ingredients due to cross-contact. If you let me know soon enough, I can check with our catering to see if any adjustments can be made
