We have reserved a block of rooms at the Avid Hotel in South Fayetteville, directly off Highway 49. Pricing is 150.00 per night. Please reserve rooms no later than October 1, 2026. Please ask for the Loyola/ Maienschein/ Ardemagni wedding block.

All interpretations are welcome; we encourage you to celebrate the theme in a way that feels authentic and enjoyable for you. Please avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory.
Friday Morning: there will be a ladies' brunch for close family and friends Saturday: you are invited to explore the town at your own leisure. Saturday night will be a rehearsal for the wedding party only. We will have a casual get-together with snacks and drinks following the rehearsal at the Avid hotel. Sunday: Ceremony with reception following. Bring your dancing shoes and be ready to have a good time! Dinner, beer, wine, and cocktails will be provided.
