Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. Both the church and Bear Ridge Destination offer parking. The church is a smaller countryside location, so on-site parking is limited and street parking may be needed for overflow. Bear Ridge Destination has a large parking area available.

What should I do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

After the ceremony, feel free to check into your hotel or return to your Airbnb to relax and freshen up. We can’t wait to celebrate with you at cocktail hour!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. This will be a child-free wedding.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. Transportation is only provided for guests staying at Peek’n Peak Resort. Shuttles will run from Peek’n Peak to the venue from 4:15–5:05 PM and return transportation back to Peek’n Peak will begin at 9:00 PM following the reception until midnight.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal garden party. We encourage spring-inspired colors such as pastels, florals, and soft, seasonal tones. Guests should wear elevated, polished attire - no denim or overly casual outfits. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white or shades close to white.

What time should I arrive at the church?

Answer

Please arrive at the church by 2:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM. Once the music starts and the bridal party begins to process, the doors will be closed, and late arrivals will not be permitted to enter.

Will there be food and drinks at the reception?

Answer

Yes. The reception will include an open bar and a buffet-style dinner with multiple entrée options and sides.

Are Uber or Lyft available at the venue?

Answer

Uber and Lyft are not available in the area. We will be providing transportation for guests from 4:15–5:45 PM and again from 10:00 PM–12:00 AM. We recommend planning accordingly outside of these times.
