Guests have the option to fly into Richmond, VA, Norfolk, VA, or Newport News, VA. From both Richmond International Airport (RIC) and Norfolk International Airport (ORF), Williamsburg is about 50 minutes. From Newport News - Williamsburg International Airport (PHF), Williamsburg is about 25 minutes.

The block is under the name "Barton-Orcutt Wedding". If you wish to upgrade your room or add additional nights before or after the wedding, please call the reservation team at 800-261-9530 between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. If you try to reserve a room and the block is full, please let us know and we can see if additional rooms can be added.
