Before we say 'I do,' we have to say 'how much?'
In true Kalenjin tradition, our families will gather for Koito ak Chaik- a beautiful (and slightly nerve- wrecking) ceremony where love meets negotiations.
Cows will be counted, blessings will be given, and somewhere in the mix, we will make it official! Once our families seal the deal, we will celebrate the only way we know how- with plenty of food, laughter, and dancing!
