Hannah Mae has, as cliché as it sounds, been a cousin by chance & a sister by choice. She knows exactly how to get me out of my comfort zone, and how to talk me down when I’m going crazy. Growing up together, we walked through so many hills and valleys. Navigating school, relationships, sports, emotions, and so much more together. To know her & grow with her has been such a blessing.

My best friend throughout high school & forevermore! Syniah and I met through mutual friends and knew our friendship was special. We clicked immediately & have been inseparable since. She is always my voice of reason, my shoulder to cry on, & my greatest supporter. Our friendship is a great balance of adventure & growth… and my cars mileage definitely spiked when we started our friendship - so. many. memories.

Paxton Hofer

My longest friendship, from the very beginning. Paxton and I met at a church “cheer” camp when we were just starting school, and have been friends since. We walked through so much of life together & our friendship always stays the same, no matter how much time is spent apart. She has always had patience with me, & is magically capable of bringing light to the darkest times. No matter how old we are, we’ll always turn back into little kids when time is spent together.

Ella and I met when we were so young, during club soccer season. Until this day, she’ll tell you that I quit & left her behind to play all by herself… soccer definitely ran its course with me. Since the first day on the field, our friendship has continued. She keeps me fun, and is one of the funniest people that I know. She has such a great ability to make anyone wonder why they were upset to begin with. Our friendship always picks back up where we left off, and walking through so much of life with her is such a blessing.

My first college roommate, my teammate, & truthfully my partner in crime. Mikayla (Mickey) and I met in high school through mutual friends in the huge friend group that we were in. She has never hesitated to be blunt with me, tell me when I’m being dramatic, and push me to do better. She is always down to take on an adventure, even when the outcome doesn’t look bright. Along with that, she is always eager to have my back & stand up for me when I don’t myself. She made the first year of college one that I will seriously never forget.

Lindsay Thompson

Another one of my college roommates, 2 years in a row! While we’ve never shared a bedroom, she found many ways to end up sleeping in my room instead of her own bed. Lindsay has always held me accountable & has been one of my biggest hype women. Lindsay was a major reason that Hunter and I met in the first place, and I owe her many thanks… While also being an amazing teammate, Lindsay brings so much light to every room she’s in, along with always bringing excitement to the table. We have never had a dull moment!

If both of us are completely honest, there is no telling how we met. I can’t remember a time in life when I wasn’t friends with Dani. She has never failed to be the life of the party, & at times, to be my biggest reality check. She has always spoken life & tough love to me, even when I didn’t want to hear it. She has heavily inspired me with her independence & confidence. Dani has such a genuine heart & would drop anything and everything for those she loves. I hope to be like her when I grow up :)
