Some common Q’s with A’s
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP by Tuesday, 10/1/24; if you are unable to RSVP in time, we will have to miss you on our big day!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm. Our doors will be open for seating at 430. We ask that you come before 445 in order for you to be seated at the start of our wedding ceremony. In case you arrive after the start you will be asked to watch from the side/back.

Question

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Our day will be fully at our location. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception will take place indoors. Please park on the premises and there will be security outside to guide you. For our guests in need of wheelchair ramps, there will be access for viewing from the main room.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family get dressed up for our big day! Semi Formal/Cocktail is recommended. Please refrain from wearing white or any similar light shades close to it. We find that dress pants or slacks would be more suitable for the event over jeans. Our color palette is neutral earth tones if you would like to be on theme.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget in order for us to be able to celebrate with our closest friends and family. It will be indicated on your RSVP if we included a plus one for you. Any additional guests that show up without the indicated RSVP will not be permitted at the entrance.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, due to limited space we cannot invite them all. We hope you'll still be able to join us and make accommodations for leaving your kids at home!

Question

Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony meaning cellphones are to be put away in exception to a brief moment for a cellphone picture indicated by the officiant. We hired professionals photographers to capture the ceremony because it is important for us that all guests are free to enjoy and be present without the distraction of their devices. We will be sure to share any of the professional photos from the ceremony with you at a later time.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes there is! We can't wait to celebrate with you and host you for our big day! We have selected our signature cocktails that will be included as well as beers, wines, juices, and soda. A cash bar will also be available during the day so please bring cash or a credit card to enjoy the bar service!
