Important Information

Airport The airport is 45 minutes away from the city, accessible by car only. Once you exit customs, there will be plenty of people offering you car services. Please do not take them as they will over charge you, only take the white taxis parked right outside. These white taxis are safe and work directly for the airport. If you would like us to help you book airport pickup and/or drop-off, please let us know as soon as you book your flights (Text message) Colombian Money (Pesos) While most places (not taxis) accept credit cards, we recommend you to have cash on hand. You can use the exchange places or ATMs located at the airport.

House Or Rental

El Poblado

We recommend staying at Novotel. This hotel is attached to El Tesoro mall where they have good restaurants and stores in case you want to shop. We also recommend to stay in the area of El Poblado, there are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs in this location. This is a nice area with really good restaurants and bars. If you don't like BUSY nightlife, avoid El Parque Lleras quadrant. Cielo Alto is about 10-15 minutes drive from El Poblado and El Tesoro Mall.
