Garden Party Formal: combine elements of traditional formal wear with a relaxed, outdoor aesthetic. Think chic dresses with floral prints, and light-colored suits. Don't stress if you don't have something that matches the code exactly. We just ask that above all, no jeans and sneakers, please!
We love and appreciate the young ones in our lives, however we have chosen to have an adults-only celebration.
Partners and plus ones have been accounted for, and should be noted on your invitation. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out by emailing us at thelabreewedding@gmail.com
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors and the reception indoors, at the same venue. Cocktail hour will take place outdoors, under awnings and coverings.
We've decided to provide a full card bar for liquor, beer, wine, and host non-alcoholic options for the wedding (Bonnet Springs is a card-only property, hence "card" bar, not "cash" bar.) Summary: your Coke is provided but your rum will be extra!
Florida weather is known for the unexpected, but the winter months tend to be easier to predict! We expect the day to be mild in temperature, sitting in the 70s at the highest and as low as 50s at night. This can change of course, so keep track of the weather leading up to the big day on your standard weather apps. No matter what, we always recommend keeping an umbrella handy just in case!
We are not providing any formal transportation for the events, but our ceremony and reception are taking place in the same venue. There is ample parking for those who feel comfortable driving, and Lyft & UBER are great options for those who don’t.
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to take photos and send them to thelabreewedding@gmail.com!
After the ceremony, cocktails and passed appetizers will be available for guests as they make their way into the reception area.
We want to make sure everyone gets to enjoy the meal, and are keeping all known dietary requirements in mind in the planning process. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary needs, restrictions, or allergies.
You can get a list of resources, including non-emergency numbers, pharmacy information, and a food/drink/activity guide on the Things to Do Page!
