July 2025: Evie has dinner with friends. Friends encourage online dating. Evie says no. They offer to invest. She begrudgingly says "fine" and signs up for a 6 month subscription on e-harmony. Next day, she sets her calendar to cancel Nov 30th. July-Oct 2025: Some frogs rear their head. They don't turn into a prince. Nov 25, 2025: Kofi describes a strong pull to sign back onto e-harmony. Before he did, he uttered this prayer: "God, I just want a good woman. That's all. Show me her." Nov 26, 2025: He signs on and updates his profile Nov 27, 2025: Evie was doom scrolling through the site- a last ditch effort to not waste her friend's money before she cancels (Nov. 30). She comes across Ralph's profile and in an effort to read more of his profile, accidentally hits the heart button! Ralph receives the notification. His heart stops, jaws drop, and entire world freezes (hehe- let me tell it!)
