Welcome Party

6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

This event is a casual gathering to kick off our wedding weekend. Party shirts (think button down shirt with fun, vibrant colors and patterns) strongly encouraged! We will be wearing jeans or jean shorts depending on the weather to go with our party shirts.

There will be dinner, beer, wine , mingling, and a chance for everyone to get acquainted before our big day. This event will be outside (with inside option depending on weather) at Free Cycles. Kids are welcome at this event!

Wedding Shuttle Service

NOTE: PARKING WILL BE LIMITED DOWNTOWN. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY AND GIVE YOURSELF TIME TO MAKE SURE YOU CAN MAKE THE 4PM SHUTTLE. IT IS LEAVING PROMPTLY AT 4PM. The shuttle schedule is as follows: Pick-up location one: Pick-up at Residence Inn downtown at 4PM. There is a parking garage called Park Place basically across the street. There is also on-street parking up and down Front/Main streets. Pick-up location two: Grant Creek Town Pump (Snowbowl overflow lot-a big gravel parking lot by the gas station) at 4:15PM. Return Shuttle Early Option: 9PM Departure from Snowbowl with drop off at the Grant Creek Town Pump first followed by drop off at Residence Inn downtown. Return Shuttle Later Option: 11PM (end of wedding reception) with a drop off at Grant Creek Town Pump first followed by drop off at Residence Inn downtown.
