What is the venue address?
Answer
The venue address is 28 Bradley Road, Hendersonville, NC, 28791. It’s called The Barn at Tall Oaks Farm!

What should we wear?
Answer
Wear whatever you feel is best for a June wedding! Our ceremony is outdoors while our reception is inside. A good rule of thumb is what you would wear to church or a nice dinner! As long as you are there to celebrate that is all that matters to us! We do ask that you please reserve white for the Bride!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony and when will the reception end?
Answer
We would like to have everyone there around 3:30 so we can start the ceremony on time! That way everyone can get parked and find their seats! If you arrive late you will not be allowed to go up to the ceremony site and will miss our “I do’s” which we do not want! Our reception is expected to end around 9:30, right before our sparkler send off so please stick around to wish us off!

Due to Covid-19, do we need to wear masks?
Answer
We encourage EVERYONE to be fully vaccinated and boosted by our wedding, not only for your safety but for the safety of ourselves and others. If you are not vaccinated we ask that you please wear a mask for safety or get vaccinated ASAP. If you are vaccinated and would like to wear a mask for your own safety then by all means do what is best for you!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
While we would love to include everyone we know (or don’t know) in our special day we have had to make sacrifices to our guest list to do what is financially possible for us, our venue and our caterers. Please do not bring any “plus ones” that are not pre approved! If you have any questions just ask us!

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request for my meal?
Answer
YES! We want to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of so please reach out to us if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction (such as being gluten free or vegetarian).

Where are you registered?
Answer
We are registered at Amazon, Target and Bed, Bath and Beyond! The links to our registries can be found at the registry tab on this website! We also have a cash fund set up on on our registry tab dedicated to helping us move after the wedding if you would like to help us jumpstart our next adventure together!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Kids are welcome but if you would like to take this night to enjoy some time just the two of you then we fully support that! Enjoy your date night with us, we are happy to recommend babysitters that we know and trust in the area!

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes. but we encourage you to carpool if at all possible!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We love that you want to capture our special memories just as much as we do, but our amazing photographers, Brett and Caitlyn, will be taking some amazing pictures and videos during the ceremony! Feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like during our reception but we ask that you please keep all phones and cameras out of sight till after we are officially pronounced husband and wife!

Can I post pictures I take on social media?
Answer
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #everykissbeginswithkane so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
