Yes! There will be shuttles picking up in both Sayulita and Punta Mita. We will have multiple shuttles leaving throughout the night helping you to get home from the party!
The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. However, it will be HOT. So keep that in mind. Here is a mood board https://pin.it/2kBmw1S
We recommend arriving on Wednesday 21st or Thursday 22nd.
We chose Sayulita and the region because it has a wonderful chill, laid back energy. The locals are super friendly and there is a vibrant ex-pat community (so you'll have no problem if you don't speak Spanish). It's very safe and accessible from most areas of the US.
As with many developing countries, it is always best to be cautious with what you eat and drink in Mexico! Here are our recommendations to avoid upset stomach: - Don't drink tap water, even to brush your teeth. Always use bottled or filtered water - Avoid swimming/surfing at Punta Mita beach (at least before the wedding!) - Don't eat fruit from street vendors
We recommend trying to find a villa in Sayulita on Airbnb and renting with a group if you want to get a more authentic experience. They are beautiful & affordable and ideal for getting the full experience. But there are plenty of hotels in both Sayulita and Punta Mita (where the wedding will be held) that are gorgeous!
