4:30 pm: begin guest arrival to venue to be seated for ceremony at tables
5:00 pm: begin ceremony promptly with a brief exchange of vows between bride and groom followed by first kiss
5:30: toast and speeches by loved ones
6:00: dinner to be served
conclusion of wedding reception no later than 10pm
