Cocktail Hour with Open Bar

4:45 pm - 5:45 pm

Immediately after the ceremony, we encourage guests to head to one of the two bars and enjoy 1 hour of free drinks! Help yourself to grazing boards at each bar. We will be taking a few pictures then hope to greet everyone at their tables before the grand march. After the open bar closes, there will be complimentary beer and non-alcoholic drinks all night long including water, soda and tea. Other alcoholic drinks including wine and mixed drinks will convert to a cash bar after 5:45pm.

Formal Dinner

5:45 pm - 6:45 pm

Dinner will be plated and served to all guests at their seats. Booster seats and high chairs available upon request. Menu includes: Dinner rolls with butter Tossed Green Salad with bacon dill ranch and raspberry vinaigrette (GF) on the table. New York Strip Steak with peppercorn demi sauce (GF) or Herbs de Provence Salmon with cream sauce, artichokes and spinach. Garlic Mashed Pototoes (GF) Green Beans (GF) Kids will be selecting the same meals as adults. Dessert includes: Wedding cake by Kahlia's Kitchen with 4 different flavors including Lemon Poppyseed, Better than S**, Vanilla Tres Leches and Salted Caramel. Cake will be cut and placed on tables by each bar, help yourself. Ice Cream (6 Flavors) at the Pearl Ice Cream Cart, located in the front corner of the room, help yourself. Jules Coffee (regular and decaf) will be available at cake serving tables next to the dance floor. If you prefer hot tea, you can get this at the bar.

Reception

7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Be sure to check out the Mirror Selfie Photo Booth by the dance floor and the Kids Table for games and coloring pages of the bride and groom! The dance will start around 8pm. Bring your dancing shoes! Fireworks will start around 9:40pm, which can be viewed by looking out the windows of the venue or on the outdoor patio, where we will have small tables and approximately 100 chairs set up. Once fireworks end, we recommend waiting at least 30 minutes before leaving due to traffic, but would love it if you stayed until the end to celebrate with us!
