All kinds of treats and eats if you need some fuel, in the mall and around the perimeter. Downtown Castle Rock is charming and pedestrian-friendly - don't miss antiques, home decor, and vintage finds in The Emporium and The Barn.

Outside Recreation
Take advantage of parks, open space, and 75 miles of biking and hiking trails - be sure to protect yourself with sunscreen and drink SO MUCH WATER! The crown jewel is Castle Rock Park and its spectacular views, but you can also enjoy nearby Castlewood Canyon State Park The Miller Activity Complex (MAC) has a great splash pad, playing fields, trails and Challenge Staircase if you're feeling super brave. Additionally, you can book the Castle Rock Zip Line Tours or the Epic Adventure Tower for a challenge Golf Courses: Red Hawk Ridge, Plum Creek and Bear Dance For views that never disappoint at any time of day, Daniels Park in Sedalia, just north of Castle Rock

We know the sun sets where you live. But putting yourself into position to see one while you're here is a great use of your time. There's some kind of science-y explanation for it, but just trust us. Find the highest spots and enjoy.
