Dressy Casual: Dress to impress, but be comfortable. The dress code is dressy casual attire. For this time of year in Colorado, may we suggest the following attire: Women: dresses/sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ring ceremony and dancing on the lawn Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional
Both the ring ceremony and reception will be outdoors at the Prusse's home. Please dress comfortably for summer temperatures.
The Prusse's home is 0.8 miles from Rock Canyon High School, and is easy to find on Google maps. You are welcome to park on Puma Run and surrounding streets, but please be mindful of the neighborhood and keep other residents' driveways clear.
The reception is closer than you think! While the Prusse home is under a Littleton, CO post code, most of us would consider it to be in Lone Tree, about a 10 minute drive north of Castle Rock, just north of Castle Pines.
Please RSVP here on our website under the RSVP tab by Saturday, July 6 so that we are sure to have enough food for all of our guests. There will be gluten free items for both dinner and dessert. Be sure to give us your song requests for the reception!
YES! Colorado sits at a high elevation and it will affect you, especially in the summer heat! You may get easily winded or fatigued at this altitude, and you will feel it if you do anything physically exerting. Sunscreen is a must (you can count on sun and at this elevation, you will burn, quickly!) and plan on drinking tons of water (if you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated). You'll want to pack lotion and lipbalm. But after you've got those fundamentals out of the way, you will have the best time here!
Yes! Gluten free options for both dinner and dessert will be available!
YES! PLEASE! We would love to have as many memories of this day as possible!
