The Wedding Website of Carolyn Evans and Jonathan Magnuson

The Bride and Groom will be staying in a home at the resort. If you choose stay on property (recommended), a shuttle will be available to and from the welcome party on Friday evening and throughout the day for the ceremony/reception on Saturday. We do have a room block that includes both traditional hotel rooms and houses. Booking online will show all rooms / houses are booked. You will need to call to reserve a room/ home. When booking your stay please ask for the Evans Magnuson Room Block.

There will be a shuttle to and from the venue for both the Welcome Party & Wedding Events. August 26, 2022 | Welcome Party Transportation provided to and from the Best Western to the Mountain Top Inn as needed from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. The last departure from the Mountain Top Inn to the Best Western will be 10:15 PM. August 27, 2022 | Wedding Ceremony & Reception Transportation departs from the Best Western to the Mountain Top Inn at 3:15 PM. Transportation departs from the Mountain Top Inn to the Best Western on the following schedule: 9:00 PM 10:00 PM 11:00 PM 12:00 AM 1:00 AM 2:00 AM
