Dog of Honor
Most people know that Thunder is the family dog. He is our baby boy. We officially adopted and got Thunder on August 13th, 2020 when he was only a few months old. Although he may not act like your traditional "house dog". Thunder is loving, sweet, and loves licking his rear end. We can't even remember what life was like before we got him. If you have not had the pleasure of meeting him yet, feel free to book an appointment with the bride or groom. - Alexis and Xavier
Matron of Honor
Deedee is my older sister, but she’s always viewed herself as my second mother (even though I do not). I personally believe that I am the oldest. Anyways, Deedee and I grew up together and since it was just us and my parents, we had plenty of time to make memories. We didn’t always get along but what siblings do? What mattered was that when we argued, we never stayed angry for more than a day. We didn’t believe in going to sleep angry which is something that I have carried over into my relationship with Xavier. Deedee is the type of sister to cry when I would get spankings as a child and I was the type to laugh when it was her turn. She’s always been very protective over me. I think I’ll always be her baby sister in her eyes no matter how old I get. Even though she can be annoying, I’m appreciative of the way she always strives to be the best sister possible.
Best Man
That person who has seen you go through thick and thin and is still there in the end, that would be my best man Chris. We met in my Senior year of high school, his Sophomore year through Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (JROTC) at New Hampstead High School. We clicked instantly and led one of the school's toughest and most achieved programs named "Power Squad". Since then we have seen each other at our worst and our best and continue to go fishing, wash the cars, or just hanging out to talk. Chris has been influential in helping me become a better version of myself through all the years I have known him. - Xavier
Bridesmaid
Throughout almost 15 years of friendship, Alliyah has stood by my side through both good and bad times. When we were in the 4th grade, we actually could not stand each other. She says that I bullied her but I remember it being the other way around. Somewhere along the line, our friendship developed and has continued to grow over time. Now she is one of the first people I go to when I need help or need someone to talk to. She's the type of woman that is supportive and happy for people regardless of who they are or what she’s going through in her own life and I’m so excited to have her standing by my side when I get married. -Alexis
Groomsman
Met in November of 2016 in a cold and brutal Missouri during my Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) school for the United States Marine Corps. My first impression of Mitchell was "I do not like this cocky attitude type of guy". He was too loud and out there for me. Yet after being picked up in the same class and being roommates with him for the succeeding months, I got to know him as actually being a pretty cool dude. Then after we joined the same unit after graduating, we became brothers and very possibly cousins through blood. He is somebody I trust will always push me to be better and never let me slack. He is also a dedicated and loyal friend I would trust to have my life depend on. - Xavier
Bridesmaid
Santana is the newest addition to my friend group and that alone expresses how good of a person she is. Anyone that knows me knows I keep the same friends for years because I choose quality over quantity. She is one of the sweetest people I know. I know that she will always be there if I need her. She appears to be quiet, but once you are in her circle, you see how funny and trustworthy she is. She's the type to insist on washing your dishes and replacing the items that she uses when she comes to stay with you. She's also the type to prioritize her relationships with people to make sure everyone knows she is there for them. - Alexis
Groomsman
Dominique is probably one of the kindest guys I know. If you have the pleasure of befriending him, he will always try to do what he can to make sure you are good. If I need to pick up a crew in any kind of video game, I am calling this guy first. He has shown both myself and Alexis his loyalty as being an amazing friend and brother to us both. When I barely knew the guy he was willing to help me move stuff out of an old apartment. He has also helped me realize how important it is to keep good friends around because of how rare they can be to come by. I trust he will always keep me on path to making correct decisions. - Xavier
Bridesmaid
Kaliyah is my best friend, sister, cousin, daughter, and niece all in one. I'm actually 10 years older than Kaliyah but you would never know because of how mature and smart she is. She's more intelligent than a lot of adults. Ever since I met her, we've been inseperable. When she was only 5 years old, I asked her why she doesn’t speak up when she has a problem and she told me that its because she does not want to make anyone else unhappy. That is still who she is today, always putting other people first. I tell her to choose herself sometimes but its difficult for people who have such big hearts like her. My wedding day just wouldn’t be the same if I didn’t have her standing up there with me.
Groomsman
Dekle is a funny character. His aurora gives off happy and chill vibes no matter what kind of day he is having. He can be having one of the roughest days of his life, and you would never see it from how he carries himself. He is a great person to strive to be like and a great and humble person to have as a friend. He will drop everything on a day off to come help me move heavy furniture up flights of stairs. Or get myself and Alexis to try new things out like painting our own canvas in Pooler with his lady, Ebony. He is a great brother, Marine, and friend I can trust when times get tough. - Xavier
Bridesmaid
Kristen and I have been close friends since we were 10 years old. I can honestly say that in all these years, she has never let me down. She's the person I go to when I want to do something extremely random because I know she will be right there with me. Kristen and I have been through a lot together and we both have come out even stronger. She really listens and has the desire to help. I told her about my issues with anxiety and the next day, she sent me a list of Bible verses regarding anxiety. Only true friends do things like that. I told her back in middle school that I wanted her to be in my wedding and once again, she is going to be there for me. - Alexis

I met Davis in Missouri, same time as Mitchell and I have never had a problem with him. He has shown me he can be a great friend whenever I need one. He can come off as very quiet and subtle until you get to know how he operates. Davis also has explosive energy, in which used to catch me off guard. But the more you get to know him, he shows you how much he is willing to be helpful and motivating. I am able to trust his intentions and who he is as a person. From him I have learned patience. Now he does not always show patience verbally, but if put in a situation where it is important, he can maintain being calm, cool, and collected. - Xavier

When I was 7 or 8 years old, my parents put me in cheerleading camping. This is where I met a girl named Savannah. Then shortly after, I learned that she lived one house down from me and this is where our friendship began. We would go to each others houses as much as possible, have sleepovers, mess with our siblings. We were the ideal best friends. Savannahs father is in the military so a few years after we met, she moved away. Of course that was devastating but Savannah and I have maintained a long distance friendship for over a decade now. She is even willing to travel from California to be in my wedding. - Alexis
Groomsman
I met Lewis more recently. When I first met him I had no idea a few months down the line he would open up his doors to me to be his roommate, Lewis is the type of friend that will drive to your place during a severe thunderstorm right after getting off work just to help you move because he said he would. He's also the type of friend that would drop everything to make sure you are taken care of. I couldn't imagine how stressful my living situation would be months leading up to this wedding if it wasn't for this guy being there to help me out. - Xavier
Junior Bridesmaid
Mia is my youngest sister. She is probably the sweetest child I know, and that's not me being biased. Anyone who knows her, knows that she has a pure heart and a goofy personality. She aspires to be strong like a Power Ranger but also classy like a princess. She sent me a picture she drew of us when I was in boot camp that I still hold onto. She will play basketball, football, or really anything with me just to spend time together. She is very intelligent and we can not wait to see how she blossoms as a young lady. - Xavier
Junior Groomsmen
One of the most exciting things is when you get to see someone grow through their stages of life. I remember Kendall when he was young, hyper, and always running around. Now, Kendall is still young, hyper and running around. But he always brings excitement wherever he goes. He may be the youngest of the grandchildren, but he's on track to definitely be the tallest. - Xavier
Flower Girl
Novia is my niece and she is probably the most wildest and toughest cookie I know. Even though she can be sassy, Novia has a heart of gold. She picks up on everything which makes me think she is older than what she actually is at times. If you get to know her, her personality is easy to fall in love with. - Xavier
Ring Bearer
Kaden is my nephew and he has a smile that will absolutely melt your heart. He runs around and is always full of excitement. Despite his size, he is not afraid to walk dogs like Thunder around so we know he is going to be brave! - Xavier

Tre is my little nephew who has the biggest personality and a smile that will make anyone’s day better! - Alexis
