Anyone that knows Xavier knows that he is extremely mannerable, mature, and caring. What you may not know is that he thinks he is the funniest person on this earth. He makes a special effort to get on my nerves and when he succeeds, he always has the biggest smile of satisfaction on his face. He likes to say that people used to call him "butter" in high school because he was so smooth but i've known him since I was 15 and nobody has ever called him that. He’s the type to give his last to someone or stop in the pouring rain to help them with a flat tire. He’s the type to buy me flowers every month and always open my door for me. He’s the type to go out of his way to make sure I never feel alone or underappreciated. He’s also the type to always feel like there is more that he can be doing for his friends and family even though he does plenty. He just always wants to be the best version of himself and this encourages me to be the best version of myself on the days when I have zero motivation. - Alexis

Some people may dream of marrying their high school crush. Some people may dream of marrying someone that shares their kindness and their weirdness. Some people may dream of marrying someone who would try new things with them, cook (really good) for them, and play video games with them. Some people may dream of marrying their best friend. Well, I was one of those people and all of my dreams and prayers will be answered this November when we say "I do". I could not ask for a better partner than Alexis. We have watched each other go through so many things over the past 7, almost 8 years. We have laughed, cried, and laughed some more while keeping our relationship healthy. She has been my rock during hard times. She has pushed me to be more confident in myself. She has helped me strengthen my faith. And most of all, she has challenged me when she gets on my nerves. At the end of the day, I have found everything I could ever ask for in her. From the qualities of being an amazing mother seen by the way she treats Thunder, to her devotion to wanting to help people even if she is on her last penny. She is much loved and appreciated by me, Thunder, her family, friends, and anyone who truly has the honor of knowing her. - Xavier
