Question

Does it cost to enter a National Park?

Answer

The barns are on Mormon Row historic district which is technically inside the park but outside of the entrance gate therefore you will NOT have to pay to attend the ceremony or reception. With that being said, ALL NATIONAL PARKS ARE FREE THE DAY AFTER THE WEDDING! This is HUGE because entry to Grand Teton and Yellowstone National parks costs $35 per car, for a 7 day pass. If you are planning on spending more than one day in either of these parks, this might not be a HUGE deal for you (lol sorry). All National parks have entry fees and most of them are $35. If you plan on visiting 3 or more National Parks in a YEAR, I would recommend an America the Beautiful Pass. This is $80 and good for an ENTIRE YEAR compared to the, what would be, $105 for 3 parks for only 7 days. https://store.usgs.gov/pass - America the Beautiful Pass: good for an entire year to any national park (including the STL Arch) and can have 2 people on it.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

NO NO NO nO No NOOOOO. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PHONES IN YOUR POCKETS/PURSES DURING THE CEREMONY. We are paying a lot of money for a photographer and will make sure you have access to all the photos as soon as we get them. As soon as Caleb and I walk back down the aisle after our “I do’s”, please feel welcomed to take the camera out and start snapping some pics. This will be an unplugged ceremony. Blake, our officiant will remind everyone to put their phones away before the ceremony begins. We greatly appreciate your cooperation. If this concerns you, please call/text me and I will be happy to talk with you about it.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as the invites go out, SEND THEM BACK ASAP. The sooner the better!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Since the ceremony is at a public place that we cannot reserve, if you show up 10-15 minutes prior, you should have good parking and be ready for the ceremony. It will be fairly quick considering people travel from all over the world to photograph these barns and I do not want to take up much time. There will be not chairs, decorations, rice or music so expect a simple ceremony. Also, We will complete the ceremony behind the J.A. Moulton barn. :)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress casual, informal and comfy. Remember this will be an out door ceremony with no seating or shade but the most amazing views!

Question

Help! I’m lost and have questions! Who do I call?

Answer

Any one except the bride!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received a plus 1 on your invitation, a “date” will be aloud. You are responsible for their lodging and travel.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Duh. I mean, of course!

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Not any in particular but stay within your budget. The reason I did not block rooms at Snow King is because it is one of the most expensive places to stay. Their condos are more affordable as they can sleep up to 8 people.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES, please do!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but like stated in the earlier question, parking is limited as the location of the ceremony can not be reserved. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to assure yourself a parking spot. In regards to Snow King (where the reception is at), we have rented out a spacious room where you were welcome to go upon the completion of the ceremony. It is located above the main building and there is a parking lot up there. If you are unsure where to go the day of, please ask or call anybody expect the bride (haha I’m kidding but kinda not). My mom, my father-in-law, and the employees at Snow King will be happy to help you locate the building for dinner and dancing. Simply just ask them where the Keim wedding dinner is being held.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, you will be responsible for getting yourself to and from the ceremony.

For all the days along the way
