When is the RSVP deadline?

We will be mailing official invitations in May. The RSVP deadline will be WEDNESDAY July 1, 2026.

What should we wear to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We ask that our guests stick to a more formal dress code. Ideally, we would like everyone to be in suits/tuxes for men and floor-length gowns for women. Cocktail attire is also acceptable.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP via our Zola wedding website on the RSVP tab! It can also be pulled up online via the QR code on the official invitations. Just scan the QR code with your phone’s camera, and it will pull up the link for our RSVP page.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

With the exception of a few young family members, our ceremony and reception will be adults only.

Where do we go to get up to the venue?

Answer

Everyone will need to go to the parking lot at the base of the Arial Tram, to then take the Tram up to the venue. The address for the base of the Arial Tram is 3860 Saddle Road, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

What time should we arrive at to make it up to the venue to make it in time for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. The earliest guests will be allowed to upload the Tram is 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. I suggest everyone arrive 45 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot as the base of the Ariel Tramway. We also encourage the use of uber/lyft if needed!
