Please RSVP online by July 20, 2024.
For the wedding, we kindly request cocktail attire. Please avoid wearing white, cream, or ivory. Since the ceremony will be outdoors and the ground may be soft, you may want to reconsider stilettos for your comfort.
The wedding ceremony and reception will both take place at the same location, with the ceremony held outdoors near the ruins and the reception indoors in the Barrel Room. We look forward to celebrating with you in these beautiful settings!
In case of bad weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors.
Guests are welcome to take photos during the wedding reception. However, to fully cherish the solemnity of the ceremony, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during that time.
Absolutely! Little ones are more than welcome to join in the celebration.
Yes, hotel blocks have been reserved for guests (details in the Travel section). Additionally, Airbnb options are available in the area if you prefer another alternative.
For your convenience, we recommend flying into either International Dulles Airport (IAD) or Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). IAD is the closest airport to both the hotel and venue. Once you arrive, transportation options such as car rentals, the metro, Uber, and Lyft are available to get you to and from the airport and hotel.
For the convenience of our out-of-town family and friends, we're excited to offer an Uber shuttle service between the hotel and the wedding venue. A voucher code will be sent to you ahead of the wedding.
Plenty of free parking awaits you at the venue, and for our out-of-town guests, the hotel offers a convenient parking lot.
If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know in the RSVP or reach out to the bride and groom at evanandkaylawedding@gmail.com.
You'll find an array of restaurants and cafes within walking distance or just a short 5-10 minute drive from the hotel.
