When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The earlier the better! No later than March 1st please.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is valet parking and a parking garage for overflow.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress. Cocktail attire please.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will now be indoors. Cocktail hour and reception to follow.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Doubletree Hotel (see the Travel page for details). There are several other hotels within a 5-minute drive of the venue, including the Westin, the Godfrey, and Holiday Inn. If you decide to stay further away, feel free to reach out to us and we can help you choose a hotel.

Is there transportation from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle service running from the DoubleTree Rocky Point Hotel to the Rusty Pelican, beginning at 3:45pm. The shuttle will be available to take guests back to the DoubleTree after the reception as well.
