The trail is relatively easy until the last mile and a half, where it begins its ascent to Rabun Bald. However, the incredible panoramic views that await you at the top are well worth the effort. Longer Hike 8.3 miles round trip

Mud Creek Falls

Tahoe Road, Sky Valley, GA 30537

This is a beautiful walk along the creek, which features multiple waterfalls and views. It's a relatively steady but easygoing incline to the top and then back via the same route. There are several side trails leading down to the water along the way. There is not much cell service in the area, so it's a good idea to download the map before setting out. The trail begins near the Sky Valley Overlook, which has a small parking lot.
