Happily Ever After!

Monday night rehearsals are still a thing! We never expected to find forever love when showing up to play in a nerdy symphony centered around video game music… but here we are.

Barrio. Monday night. Post symphony rehearsal. It was the only place that was open, but we were more excited about the company than the food! Even after a long flight back from Switzerland on Sunday, Evan made it a priority to honor our commitment for a first date and showed up with Swiss chocolate! MeKaila savored every piece, though it only lasted about a week before it was devoured. Fun fact: she kept the wrappers with beautiful images of Switzerland as a fun memory. Evan hates chocolate. ❤️🍫

-4° windchill Snow on the ground Lake Erie just a few feet away Evan gets on one knee and asks MeKaila to spend the rest of their lives together! We both cried and the tears froze to our faces. It was an intimate moment that will live in our hearts forever.
