After you purchase the item please make sure you return to The Knot Registry and click that you purchased the gift - When you return to the registry tab (our registry will remain open in a separate tab from the link you used to purchase the gift), it will ask you if you purchased the item and you have to click yes. It does not mark the gift as purchased automatically when you buy the item. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes!
