For the Welcome Party on Saturday, please wear anything you'd like that's giving "I'm ready to party on the beach" vibe. We want it to look nice, but the event is casual. Yes, you can wear white if you want! For the Wedding on Sunday, the ceremony will take place on the beach so feel free to go barefoot, however, we recommend bringing your shoes for the cocktail hour & reception shortly after. As for attire, we want everyone to be dressed in formal attire, but be aware of the weather. You may want to wear a lightweight fabric.
Andrea Coots will be reaching out to all guests closer to the wedding date to get their flight schedule so that the shuttle is there when you arrive at the airport. At this point, you can schedule a private ride to take you directly to Garza Blanca (at an additional cost), otherwise there is a chance the shuttle will stop at a couple other resorts next to Garza Blanca before arriving at the destination. If there are a bunch of other wedding guests flying in at the same time, you will be taken directly to Garza Blanca without paying for the private ride.
The resort is about 30-35 minutes from the airport without traffic. Unless you schedule a private airport transportation shuttle (at an additional cost), there is a chance the shuttle will stop at a couple other resorts next to Garza Blanca to drop off passengers before arriving at the destination thus making the ride a bit longer.
No, the cost of the rooms do include round-trip airport transportation, but it does not include flight costs. Flights can be booked at any point on your own. You'll need to fly into Cancun International Airport.
Yes, however we cannot guarantee there will be rooms available at the resort or what the room rates will be as they tend to fluctuate. Also, Andrea will not be able to assist you with an travel related questions or airport shuttle details. You will need to figure this out directly with Garza Blanca.
For the minimum 3 night stay, we recommend Friday-Monday. For a 4-night stay, we recommend Friday-Tuesday.
