Stretch on the Beach
11:00 am - 11:30 am
Optional. Stretch on the beach to start the day off right. Followed by the beach volleyball match. Lead by Ariana Goode.
Bride vs. Groom Beach Volleyball Match
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Optional. This event will take place on the beach. You'll receive a text from Bride/Groom if you're selected to play. Everyone else is welcome to come watch!
Ceremony Rehearsal
3:00 pm - 3:45 pm
This event is for the Wedding Party only. This won't take long, come as you are.
Welcome Party
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Attire: Resort Wear, Beach Cocktail Vibes (Yes, you can wear neutral colors including white)
Optional. This event will take place near the Food Truck deck by the main pool. Drinks provided, but no food so please eat prior to this event.
Sunday, January 25, 2026
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Attire: Beach Formal
This event will take place on the beach. Seating will be in the sand so feel free to go barefoot. All guests will meet the wedding planner in the lobby at 4:40pm who will escort you to the beach as a group. Ceremony will begin at 5pm.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
This event will take place at the front of the resort next to the Tierra Luna (wooden structure).
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
This event will take place in front of the resort under the Tierra Luna. In case of bad weather, it will be moved to the ballroom located on the rooftop.
