Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown

This is home base for the weekend! Brandi and Evan are staying here and got a room block with special pricing. The deets: - Use our link to book rooms (2 doubles or 1 king) for $209 a night. This includes complimentary breakfast and 2 drink tickets for a reception in the lobby the hotel provides each day. Parking a car is an additional $22 a day. - This rate is good for Friday and Saturday night. If you are planning to stay before or after that, we should be able to extend the rate! If the link does not let you book those dates, just let us know. - Larger rooms are not currently included in this rate, but if you need this please reach out to us separately. Where is this hotel? A great location in downtown Orlando, next to our beautiful Lake Eola. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the venue (and about 25 from the airport, 20 to Universal or 35 to Disney area). Flight

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

This is the main airport in Orlando! From here you can easily take an uber or rent a car. The drive to the hotel or the theme parks is about 25-35 minutes depending on traffic.

Travel Note

Getting Around Orlando

Orlando does not have great public transportation, but it is really easy to catch an uber/lyft at any time. Rental cars are another great option. If you do rent a car and stay downtown, make sure to follow the hotel's instructions for parking.

Aloft Orlando Downtown

If you're looking for another hotel option, we recommend the Aloft downtown! We don't have a room block or special pricing here though. It has a trendy, modern feel and is about a 5 minute drive from the hotel we'll be staying at.
