What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

There will be a link provided on all invitations to the RSVP page of this website where guests can let us know that they are attending and tell us their meal choice.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. For women, think midis, floor-length dresses or pantsuits. For the men, a jacket and tie will suffice. No color requirements, except no white.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

If you wish to drive to the site, there will be free onsite parking. There is a large field next to the event space that will be available for all guests. See the "Schedule" tab for additional details regarding shuttle services.

Is the venue accessible for all?

Answer

Yes, the venue is generally accessible to everyone. The small parking lot directly in front of the venue is gravel, but the entrance itself has a ramp for those who need it. The ceremony will be taking place on the flat grassy area outside of the venue, which will require a very short walk down a slight decline.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and subsequent cocktail hour will take place outside, followed by an indoor reception.

This is an adults-only ceremony. We appreciate your understanding and the arrangements that will need to be made.

Is There Uber/Lyft in the Area?

Answer

There may be a few Uber/Lyft driver in Penn Yann and Hammondsport, but it's likely they'll only take you a short way and won't run late. It will be difficult to call a ride sharing app from hotels to the venue, so please plan accordingly.
