What is the suggested attire?
Answer
We suggest wearing semi-formal or cocktail attire at this venue. Come prepared for a ceremony that could get toasty, but you will be enjoying the majority of the cocktail hour and reception in a beautiful air-conditioned building. All necessary pathways are paved, however the venue has beautiful grassy grounds to enjoy throughout the evening (so maybe rethink stilettos).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 3:00 PM for the ceremony. There will be refreshments available for guests to enjoy as you wait for the processional to begin at 3:30 PM.

Can you describe the venue?
Answer
The Ashford Estate is a spectacular venue tucked within open fields and a long, tree-lined driveway. With that in mind, the grand entrance can sneak up on you. As you near the estate, keep an eye open for the gated entrance with two lion sculptures. The venue has a darling cottage where the ceremony will take place (3:30 - 4:00PM). Drinks will be served in the Carriage House during cocktail hour, but we welcome you to also explore the beautiful grounds and enjoy the yard games during this time (4:00 - 5:00PM). Finally, the reception will be held in the stunning Grand Ballroom (5:00 - 9:00PM).

How do I select my meal?
Answer
Meals do not need to be selected in advance. During the reception, a waiter will take your order at your table. Please let us know if you have any food allergies during the RSVP process.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes! You will see your guest's name when you RSVP. Due to the strict capacity at our venue, we unfortunately cannot welcome additional guests or plus-ones. We are incredibly grateful to have such amazing friends and family that make these guest list decisions so difficult!
