Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our ceremony is Coastal Cocktail. Think breezy and light - it'll be August on the water, after all! For the ladies, we'd love to see you in bright cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, or jumpsuits. Floral or fun prints welcome. For the fellows, we'd like you looking dapper in linen, seersucker, sport coat, or suits in summer hues.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:30 pm so we can get the party started promptly at 5:00 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Salty's has a large parking lot and ample street parking. Both are free.

I’m supposed to bring a photo?

Answer

We’re putting together a photo wall for our reception and we need your help! Please bring a copy of your favorite photo of you with Amy or Evan (or the both of us!) to add to the display. Bonus points if the photo is from the 90s!

Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift of all! If you wish to buy us something, check out our registry page where you can contribute toward our first home, our honeymoon, or gift us a few things that will help us build our future together.

Where should I stay?

Answer

If you’re planning to book a hotel and would like some guidance on which area in Seattle would be best for your stay, we’re happy to provide recommendations. Please reach out to Amy or Evan directly. Otherwise, we recommend checking out Airbnb or VRBO, where you’ll find a number of great options. Use Columbia City, Seattle, WA as your destination when searching to find places near Evan’s parents’ neighborhood. If you want to be closer to our venue, use West Seattle as your destination.
